We are a nonprofit with a clear mission: to create better leaders to fix our politics.

This isn't a political or religious site. We don't take sides here. We will also not point fingers or place blame on one side or another. 

Our aim is to uncover why our society consistently underperforms. How is it that despite widespread agreement that "things are just so messed up," we never seem to come together to address our endless problems? What are we missing? Is there another way or an alternative path we could suggest or find - in our research, that would suggest a way forward? 

It's a significant challenge. The reasons for our failures are numerous and complex. However, the good news is that we now understand these reasons with scientific certainty.

We invite you to join us in this challenge. Let's examine these reasons in detail, using our uniquely human abilities to reason and apply logic to evidence. Together, we'll unpack the plausible lies and myths that confuse us, that have caused us to detach from caring about our fellow citizens.

We have immense empathy for those who are angry, fearful, frustrated, or socially conditioned to be uncaring. We understand how it happens.

If you're reading this, you're among those who can help our youth overcome adversity, trauma, and catastrophe while maintaining a sense of purpose. Together, we can pave the way for a future generation to live in widespread peace and harmony.
